Life Reflections

Mr. Shawn Gerod Wilson, affectionately known as "Scally," is the son of Woodrow Wilson and the late Mac Elizabeth Montgomery-Wilson and was born December 21, 1977, in Kingstree, South Carolina.

He received his education at Lake City High School. He was joined in holy matrimony to Marie A. Wilson. This union was blessed with four children.

"Scally" as he was affectionately called was loving, kind, cheerful, and he had a playful nature. He won his place in the hearts of those who knew him.

On Saturday, October 21, 2023 God almighty called Shawn Gerod Wilson to rest from the troubles of this earthly life at Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, South Carolina.

His memories will live forever through his wife, Marie A. Wilson; three sons: Kevin S. Yates, Shawn G. Wilson Jr. (Bre'ana Williams), and Antonio J. Wilson (Kelleigh); one daughter, Shawntavia M. Wilson (Chris Harris); two sisters:

Lucinda Wilson-Kelly (Michael) and Latricia L. Wilson (Billy Commander and Benjamin Singletary); one brother, Eric T. Wilson (Glenda F. Wilson); two like-brothers: Bruce Unique Riley and Jarrod Gardner; a host of grandkids, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and Friends.
