On Saturday morning. January 13, 2024 at 6:19am, God called Ms. Levorn McClam home to take her eternal ' rest, where the soul never dies. We will miss your physical presence .you will I’ve with us in spirit always sleep on and take your rest.
Ms. Levorn McClam, affectionately known as "Teeme" was born on May 20, 1935, in Lake City; South Carolina to the late Eugene and Ina Moore McClam, Levorn
Obtain her formal education in the public school of Lake City, South Carolina. Early in life she joined St.
Lake Methodist Church where she converted at an early age and served as a faithful member, Later she moved, her membership to Mt. Clair Missionary Baptist Church alongside her parents, where she served as a faithful member until her health declined. Although she never had children of her own, she raised all of her nieces and nephews .She was known for many things, such as her love of sports, especially wresting, the Chicago Bulls and cooking’those delicious mouthwatering biscuits’.
Throughout her life she worked at Lake City Manufacturing and Avondale until her health declined, even then she still remained a devoted caregiver to her nieces and nephews. Levorn taught others to be selfless and loving
Levorn was preceded in death by parents, Eugene and Ina Moore McClam, and four siblings: Durant McClam, Robert McClam, Sarah Graham and Shirley McClam.
Those left to cherish her loving memory are a devoted nice, Faye
(Malachi) Graham; a devoted nephew,
Emanuel (Latoya) McClam; a devoted nicce, Sophia Graham of Timmonsville;, SC; one sister, Tran McAlister of Lake City, SC; one brother, Bethea McClam of Lake City, SC; two sisters-in-law: Roncath McClam and Louise McClam both of Lake City, SC; in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
