Life Reflections Mr. Heyward Burroughs Jr. was born on April 7, 1970, to Lila Ruth Burroughs and the late Heyward Burroughs Sr. in Florence County. Heyward departed this life on February 3, 2024, at his home. Heyward was educated in the public school of Williamsburg and Florence Counties. He was a member of Mega Omega International Holiness Church where he received Christ as his personal savior. Heyward was married to Shelia Burroughs for 16 years and their union was blessed with four children and one granddaughter. Heyward currently worked at Eaddy Tires for 15 years until his untimely death. Heyward was preceded in death by his loving father, Heyward Burroughs Sr. and one loving brother, Keith Allen Burroughs. Those left to cherish his precious memories are his loving wife, Shelia Burroughs; two devoted sons: Quintin Martin and Shawn Martin; two caring daughters: Averyanna Burroughs and Faith Gregg; one precious granddaughter, Reagan McKnight; a mother-in-law, Carrie Fleming; one sister-in-law, Clara (Elder John) Flowers all of Scranton,South Carolina; his loving and devoted mother, Lila Ruth Burroughs;one brother, Deacon Kenneth (Evang. Lillie) Burroughs; five sisters: Assistant Pastor Ruby (Trustee Laterra) Graham, Rutha Burroughs, and Marsha Burroughs all of Scranton, SC, Pearl (Moultrie) Montgomery of Columbus, GA, and Melissa (Theo) Fowler of Irmo, SC; sister-in-law, Dayna Burroughs of Lake City, SC; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
