Wayne V. Cooper

Wayne V. Cooper is the son of Emma Cooper and the late James Cooper Jr. who was born in Florence County, South Carolina. Wayne V. Cooper was educated at Lake City High School. He was a member of St. John UMC of Green Road of Lake City, SC. Wayne leaves to cherish his memories his mother Emma Cooper, three children, one sister and four brothers.
