Mrs. Miricam Cooper
Sunset: January 11, 2021
Mircam whom we affectionately called “Cena” departed from earthly life on January 11, 2021 at home surrounded by her husband, family, and friends after her battle with cancer. Cena attended the public schools of Florence County. She attended regularly until her health declined. She was employed at Lake City Manufacturing for several years. She then became a stay at home wife. Mircam was joined in holy matrimony to James Cooper since February 14, 1996. They’ve been together for thirty-six years. Cena never allowed anyone to say “goodbye” it was always “see you later”. So, to my husband, the love of my life, my protector, my heart, and my “James Williams” as I would say when you are getting on my nerves “I will see you later”. Cena was proceded in death by her parents Randolph and Annie Rae Barr; three sisters: Margie Barr (her twin), Willie Mae Campbell, and Mae Francis Gregg; three brothers, Randolph (Track) Barr, Julious Doward Ellis (Billy) and Cecil Barr. Mircam leaves to cherish her memories a loving, devoted, faithful husband as well as caretaker her husband James Cooper; a daughter she reared as her own Samaria Scott of Lake City, SC; two brothers whom loved and cherished, Roy (Lynnette) Barr of Jonesboro, GA and Felton Green of Winston Salem, NC; two sisters-in-law, Virber Jackson and Mary (Leon) Hannah of Lake City, SC; two brothers-in-law: Nolan Cooper and Harrison McClam both of Lake City, SC; three aunts, Jettie Mae Wilson and Trudy Wilson both of Lake City, SC and Ida Mae Burgess of Olanta, S.C.; a very special and dear cousin whom she loved dearly Angela McFadden of Lake City, S.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, family, and lots of friends.
