Mrs. Mary Dubose

God in his infinite wisdom decided on Thursday, September 17, 2020 to call to eternal rest at 10:35 at MUSC, Mrs. Mary Alice DuBose. She was born on August 23, 1940. The daughter of the late Mrs. Mary Thomas and Mr. Lewis Thomas. She worked at several restaurants and was known throughout
the community.

She was a member of John’s Tabernacle Holiness Church, where she gave her lift to Christ and served on the usher board for many years until her health declined. She leaves to cherish her memories: a devoted husband, Mr. Willie DuBose; two sons: Mr. Charles Louis DuBose and Willie (Vanessa) DuBose both of Lake City, SC; two daughters: Miss Karen DuBose and Lakitisha DuBose (Bobby Fulmore) both of Lake City, SC; grandchildren: Chazmonte (Deanna Williams) Brown, Deleon Brown, Dustin (Courtney) Brown, Demetric (Tasha Sullivan) Brown, Brittney Salters, Alexis McGill, Madison DuBose, and Winston Fulmore; four great-grandchildren; a special cousin, Mrs. Jannie Mae Brown and a special friend who accompanied her throughout her time of sickness, Louis Henry; a host of other relatives and special family and friends. She was proceeded in death by sisters: Patsy Fulmore and Stella Myers.
