Mrs. Luella H. Wilson

Mrs. Luella Huggins Wilson was the middle daughter of Henry and Aaree Wolfe Huggins. She was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Wilson Sr., sisters Sarah Davis, Claire Ola Wells, and Vera M. Davis.

She was a graduate of State High School of Elloree, South Carolina. After graduation, she attended Claflin College of Orangeburg, South Carolina. There she earned her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. After graduation, she began her teaching career in Lake City, South Carolina at St. John UMC Church School.

In Lake City, she met and married Woodrow Wilson. To their union was born Woodrow Wilson Jr.(the late Mae Wilson), Verona E. Wilson, Helen W. (Lee) Tomlin, Claudia W. (John) Evans, Debra L.Wilson, Louvenia W. (Kevin) Morrison, Richard Wilson, Alva (Bernice) Wilson, and a host of grandchildren great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
