Mrs. Gloriann W. Singletary
Sunset: March 14, 2021
Gloriann Williams-Singletary was born March 14, 1963 to Sonny and Rebecca Nelson. Her father Sonny preceded her in death.
Gloria graduated from Battery Park High School. Was a member of Living Stone Fellowship.
Gloria is known by “Aunt Trish” to others in the community as she was always inspired and loved by everyone. She was also known as “Mema” to her grandchildren who loved her so dearly. She had such a motherly love for not only her own kids but so many other kids in her family and around the community. The love she had for children and people in general was just amazing. If ever you were in need of something and she knew about it, she was going to do what she could to help you. She loved doing things together with her family and having fun. Talking about the love of Christ shining through a person that was Gloria walking around in the flesh.
On Sunday her 58th birthday God saw fit to send an angel to bring her home.
She leaves to cherish fond memories; her loving husband Simon Singletary. Her children Latoya Brown of Philly, PA, Jermaine Cockfield of Lake City, SC, Regina Wilson of Spartanburg, SC, Shannon (Clovis) Woodbury of Johnsonville, SC, Simon Wilson of Spartanburg, SC; Lillie Nesmith of Lake City, SC; Myranda (Anthony) McFadden of Johnsonville, SC; Travis (Shan) Singletary of Hemingway, SC; Shaleyea (Jeremiah) Singletary; Five brothers; Leroy (Peaches) Williams; Sonny (Mildred) Nelson; Jerry Nelson, Daniel (Sylvia) Nelson; Dennis (NayKeisha) Nelson; Two sisters Fannie Williams, Anita Nelson all of South Carolina.
