After high school, Mary Ann became a devoted member of St. Peters Outreach Ministries. Mary took on the role of wife, mother, and later grandmother like it was second nature. She dedicated her life to being a powerful, motivating, loving influence on anyone she encountered, from strangers to friends. Mary will be most remembered for her beautiful smile, her warm embrace, amazing sense of humor, and most of all her everlasting love.
Mary Ann was a strong praying mother to all. She was happy, sh most definitely didn't play about her grandchildren, they were her world. She was a bright light in this world and will be deeply missed by all who loved her dearly.
Mary Ann has forever been the backbone of her family. She leaves behind her only brother, Sammie (Willie) Gibbs and his wife Martha of Turbeville, SC, her three children, La’Quintin Cooper of Greenville, SC, Antonio Gibbs and his wife Sharlene of Atlanta, GA, her daughter Casandra Gibbs of Lake City, SC and her five grandchildren of whom were so dear to her heart: Maleek, Sha’Kaijia, Za’Qualan, Jerriion and Milan Gibbs.
