James Charles Bell

Mr. James Earl Bell, the beloved son of Julian and Odessa Green, was born October 27, 1949 in Williamsburg County. He departed this life at the age of 74 on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Ronald E. McNair Nursing Home, Lake City, SC. At a early age he joined Chavis Church. Deacon James was retired from the Williamsburg County Sanitation Department in Hemingway, SC. He was joined in holy matrimony to Louvenia Fulton, July of 1975. They were blessed with two children. We have the privilege to call our loved one father, brother and grandfather. Those who remain to keep his memories alive are Daughters: Tammy Teresa Bell, Brittany Nicole Bell. Sons: James Earl Bell, Jr, and Thomas Bell. Stepchildren: Leslie Bell and Fredrick Bell. Eight grandchildren, one preceded him in death late Julian Coreen, Odessa Green, Monalisa Glascho, Larry Bell. Who remains Michelle (Bishop Neilford) Florence, SC, Janice Graham, Lake City, SC, Charles Green, Lavern Green, Scranton, SC; a host of nieces and nephews.
