Henry Myers Sr.

Mr. Henry Myers Sr. a son of the late Joe and Lottie Myers departed this life Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 8 pm at his home in Lake City, SC.

Henry attended the public schools of Williamsburg County, SC.

Mr. Henry was a member of Greater St. Stephens Baptist Church. Henry accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age.

Mr. Henry was joined to holy matrimony to the late Mrs. Sallie Bell Wilson Myers. From his wonderful fifty-six years union thirteen children were born.

Those who contribute and share the joy of his life and who will always cherish his memories are three daughters: Lottie Bell Singletary, Shirley Ann Fulmore, Tanya (Dwight Adams) Myers of Lake City, SC; seven sons: Henry (Cynthia) Myers, James (Linda) Myers, Lassie (Elaine) Myers, Nathaniel (Orange Nella) Myers of Lake City, SC, Danny (Jackie) Myers, Tommy Lee (Leslie) Myers of Florence, SC, Roosevelt (Sylvester) Myers of Brooklyn, NY; three children predeceased him: Larry Myers, Jo Dell Johnson and Lillie Mae Jordan; one sister-in-law: Emma L. Martin of NY; two brothers-in-law: Frank (Ruth) Washington of Kingstree, SC; fifty-seven grandchildren, ninety-seven great-grandchildren and forty-nine great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephew, and friends.
