Derrick Christopher McFadden

Derrick Christopher McFadden son of the late Jesse McFadden and mother Elizabeth Graham Washington, reared by father the late JB Washington, two sisters that preceded him in death, Vanessa G. Washington and Mary W. Peguese. He transitioned into eternal rest on July 28, 2022, at McLeod Regional Hospital.

He attended Lake City High School. He was employed as a carpenter with Washington Construction prior to his passing.

He leaves to cherish his memory; two sons: Desmond McFadden and Darrelle McFadden both of New Have, CT; two daughters: Ahszia Cameron of Lake City, SC, Diana Burgess of Kissimmee, FL; five brothers: Jeffery (Raynette) McFadden of Scranton, SC, William Washington of Bennettsville, SC, Lacey (Tracey) Washington, Lee (Rachel) Washington, JB (Michelle) Washington Jr., all of Lake City, SC; two siters Coretha Washington and Aquilla W. Graham both of Lake City, SC; nine grandchildren: Desmond O’Neal McFadden, Drei’den Tiger McFadden, Dakota Marie McFadden, Amir McFadden all of New Haven, CT, Ellias Nesbitt of Lake City, SC, Serenity Clarke and Yuriah Sanders both of Kissimmee, FL. A special friend Katrina Cameron of Lake City, SC along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
